Is it that big a deal to save a few seconds of not having to fill out a custom measurement that you will most likely ever need to edit once?
That said… there’s a problem with your idea. You can’t duplicate a measurement as the name has to be unique.
That’s one reason why editing the table cells directly is disabled.
