Fixed. Had to install an eventFilter to catch any Key press of Esc… and force the dialog to tclose.

Last minute testing of the tab orders and I decided to add the keyboard navigation for dialogs for drop down boxes, tab bars, push buttons. and lists widgets to the Help->Shortcuts dialog.

PR to fix and update the tool dialogs has been merged and in the pipeline - included cleaning up the Tab orders. Will be in next release.
