Could it be possible to consider to add comments associated to points or lines and with possibility to hide or view.

Currently, no, that is not possible unless you use the point label for the text and hide that. There may be an additional text feature coming for Piece mode, along with buttons & other notions, but that is still in the pipeline.

If I understand corectly you would like to be able to add notes to the tools which could be displayable in some way… such as in the rollover tooltip?
Yes, this would be possible, but will require a lot work as there are a lot of tools & dialogs that would have t be updated.

I will add a Github issue for this, but can’t guarantee how soon it could be implemented. Like I said it’s a lot of work.
