Cannot access curve tools options

Hello. I am using this program and it’s nice! But I am having trouble figuring out how to access the curve tool options so I can enter my own angles instead of having to use the handle bars (not precise).

I see this in the manual, but I can’t seem to access it. Please help!

You need a test build to access to this tool.
