I’m not sure where you downloaded the distribution from? Normally the Seamly distributions are a ZIP or Appimage file format if downloaded from the Seamly Github repo. A WinRaR is a windows rar file and generally you need the WinRaR app installed on the machine to extract the Seamly installation file. If you have WinRar (or an app that handles RAR files) you should be able to open the archive in File Explorer by double clicking the file.
If you don’t have WinRar installed, you can always download the most current build from github which will be in zip format for Windows (32 or 64 bit) and Mac and appimage for Linu.
Disregard the source code files as they are only a copy of the repo source code and not an installation of the app.
