"Critical Error - Exception: value '1.00' not in enumeration". Help please!

Hello! I’ve been working on a pattern all afternoon and I’ve just come back to it and it won’t let me open it, aargh! Any ideas if it’s salvageable please?

This is the error message:

And this is my pattern file:

Brocade Column.sm2d (101.8 KB)

Any help or advice hugely appreciated!

Here’s your file fixed: Brocade Column_fixed.sm2d (102.8 KB)

But you should update your application. The newer version should fix the writing of incorrect lineweights, and autocorrect any lineweight = “1.00” to lineweight =“1”.

In fact there’s a new pre-release that won’t show up until next Mon that fixes the recursive sync issue:

I’m so sorry to bother you again @Douglas but I’ve just had this same problem today; I have updated since last time so I’m not sure why it would still happen!

Here is my pattern file:

The Eternal Spring Dress BACK.sm2d (124.4 KB)

And measurements file:

RIR Bodice Sizes 6-22.smms (19.3 KB)

Any help much appreciated! Thank you so much

Hi @hayleyneil

I can’t find any 1.00 in your pattern. Either my Seamly correted it when I opened the file which is what your Seamly should’ve done, or you’re back to working on an older Seamly version. Perhaps install the latest and then restart your computer to make sure that the memory has cleared.

Here’s your pattern back:

The Eternal Spring Dress BACK.sm2d (124.4 KB)

You guys are the absolute best, thank you so so much!

That’s what should happen with last weeks release. The release from 2 weeks ago removed the fix for any 1.00 lineweights as that was causing the LF issues. I refactored the lineweight fix while also fixing pattern or measurement files with extra LF’s.

That said… the file did have a bad line weight.
