It is only for Mac or can be instaled on Windows??

The link above is particular for Mac. There is another installer for Windows at the top of the page, but it seems to be out of action at the moment.

And older version can be downloaded from here - https://seamly.net/ - in the meantime, if you wish.

Hey I updated the link to take you to the releases page. There you can download the .exe for Windows, .zip for Mac, and .appimage for Linux.
