Hello and welcome to the Seamly Forum, @sueloucam.
The program is delivered (in Windows) in a .zip file which you’ll need to unzip first. Once unzipped, open the folder and find the .exe file. Double-click on the .exe file to run it.
It may tell you that it’s an ‘unknown publisher’ and default to ‘Close’. If this happens, click on ‘Show More’ and then ‘Install anyway’.
It’ll take a few seconds to install and will place 2 icons on your desktop… Seamly2D and SeamlyME.
Seamly2D is the drafting software and SeamlyME is the measurements software.
