Hi all, Im a newbie to pattern drafting, and the pattern systen i use to draft has seperate front piece and the back piece can be created by making adjustment to certain elements inthe front piece. So can i duplicate the front piece in the same pattern file? Thanks in advance

Like Copy/Paste? Unfortunately no. However, with the Point - On line tool it is easy to add in additional points in line with your existing draft. As an example of drafting front & back together, here’s a poorly drafted tunic pattern which I made a while ago:
