Duplicating a draft block

Hello everyone! I have another newbie question related to the draft block. Can I make a copy of a drafted block, somehow? I have drafted the back side of a tunic, than, instead of creating a new draft block for the front, I would duplicate the back and just work on the changes. This time around, I have drafted the front side over the back, using a different color (simple pattern), but on more complicated patterns that would not be a solution. I hope my question is not ridiculous!

Just add your changes to the back to reflect the front. When you create the Pattern Pieces, then you choose only the objects that relate to the back and then only the objects that relate to the front. No need to draft everything again for the front, or even to draw over the common objects.

If you really do want the 2 parts separate, you can use the mirror or move & rotate tools under Operations.
