Ok. I can open your pattern with no issues. There is no “.2225” in the pattern or measurements so I have no idea where that value is comming from? So we need to know more info to determine what problem you are having. If I can see the actual critical error box, and what build version you are using (Help->About Seamly2D) that would help. Also if I can see you Application Preferences->general settings for the Separator locale… it may be a case where the last few releases a had an issue with the locale in a new grainline formula - which today’s release fixed.

That being said… there is a couple issues I can point out.

  1. It’s really hard to see how the pattern is constructed with all the linetype’s set to No pen. Generally the idea is to use a lighter weight pen with dashed ot dotted lines for construction lines. You can also create and add objects to groups and hide the whole group rather than having to change the linetype of every object to see the pattern construction. No pen is best used when you have a point on a line or curve and don’t want to show a line on top of a line. Keep in mind the points (and curves) in draft mode are only there to connect the dots to make pattern pieces that can then be detailed in Piece Mode

  2. When mirroring you will want to include points that will become piece node points in pattern pieces so as to avoid any seam allowane issues. For ex: What should be point A4_A1 is not included so there is no way to change what the seam allowance does at that corner in a piece. It’s always a best practice when adding curves to pattern pieces to include it’s start and end point.
