File exception error. How can I fix it?

Hi,

New to Seamly and really enjoying it. But my file is no longer opening. I think the problem is related to the measurements file because patterns using a different measurement file aren’t getting the error message.

This is the message:

File exception.

Exception: Premature end of document.

Parsing error file in line 1 column 1

Any idea how I can get back into my file?

Hi Kiah,

Can you provide us your pattern file and both measurement files so we can take a look? Also if you haven’t already done so I suggest you update to the lastest release.

Updating to the latest release seems to have worked! I’ll reply if it happens again. Thanks so much for such a quick reply.
