How can i change the preference in multisize measurements

HI everybody i have a little problem. i am making many multisize tables for women, babies, men etc. In first time i think it is possible to make 1 table and after i copy it and change the configuration preferences to make the other one. but it doesnt work. When i change the size from 40 to 42 and save, nothing happen.

No, nothing will happen in SeamlyME if you adjust the Preferences default. That is just the default - your preferred starting point.

Now if you change the values down below in the bottom left corner - the Sizes - you will see the changes: image
