Please can someone guide or help me to delete a layout pattern, i want to layout anpother pattern on the same file.

The layout gets generated every time you go into that tab, so all you need to do is to go back to Piece mode, turn the visibility off on the pieces you don’t need & on for the pieces you do need, go back into Layout mode and generate the new one.
There’s also a very seldom seen button in Layout mode that you can use to change the settings and regenerate the layout:

I wonder if maybe I should change the toolbutton to show a “plus” sign rather the settings gear? Yes… it would still open the Layout settings dialog, but it might make it clearer that the tool adds a new layout.

Concussion isn’t inducive to good decision making 
For my part… I’ve put the word out on the tool so it may as well stay the same for now 
I think that it’s just not something that anyone actually sees because they don’t keep their toolboxes open.

Pardon me, I’m not sure if I’m misunderstanding you or if perhaps you’re not quite getting what I mean.
This image shows my current Layout Page, which I’ve already edited and exported using my preferred printing settings.
However, within the same file, I’ve now traced a new pattern piece that I’d like to edit and arrange in the Layout Page. The problem is that the previous pattern is still present in the Layout Page, and I don’t know how to remove or delete it, so I can move and work on the new pattern piece instead.
The second image shows the pattern piece I currently have in Piece Mode.

It’s no longer there, i cancel and relaunch the software, then i tried to go to the new pattern piece and try to move it to the layoyut tab and it worked naturally.
I guess it refreshed after i relaunch the software, thanks for your help i appreciate it.
The Layout always deletes itself every time you go out of it, so there’s no need to worry about it. It will regenerate, using the chosen pattern pieces, every time you go back into it. So if you still have the same pattern pieces chosen, it will regenerate the same image until you deselect those pieces and select other pieces in Piece Mode.

No it doesn’t. A layout is there until you export it, create a new layout, or close the app.
I’m not exactly sure why exporting deletes the layout pages… it shouldn’t, but it does.

Sorry, I just know that it goes away when I want to do a different layout.
