I don’t even understand it myself. The pieces have connected, but I can’t move it or do anything with it at all.

It’s too zoomed in. I would need the pattern file and any measurement file used to see what’s going on.

At a guess, it looks like maybe your seamallowance is on the wrong side of the seamline for some reason. One solution might be to try changing the “Seam Allowance Angle” at one of the nodes, especially any at acute angles.
Other than that, I’d recommend posting the pattern & measurement files like Douglas said.

I changed the intersection of point А4’_а2 to Seam Allowance Angle “First edge right angle” & now it is displaying correctly
I’d recommend also using measurement variables from a measurements file, & drafting it to not need to use the Union tool. But it should work as a single-size draft now.
