How to move starting point of a new pattern piece?

I have drafted a top with a long sleeve. These are two pattern pieces in the same file. However, the A starting point and B starting point are so close together that the two pattern pieces overlap.

Is there any way to have a larger distance between the A and B starting point?

By clicking on point A or B, the x/y positions become available on the right side (if you have the Tool Options on). Then you may edit the exact position you wish that point to be in:

If your Tool Options are off, then you may right-click on the A or B and select Options from the menu and change them there:
