Hi! I’m new using seamly and I created a file, maybe too complicated for me. I had a critical error by joining the pieces together and now I can’t do anything with it. I’d like to have unless a previous version of my file so i can keep working on it
Welcome @Aurelia
We recomend not using the Union tool if the pieces a have any internal paths as it can cause issues.
If you post your pattern and any measurement file (I bumped your user level so you can) one of us can take a look and fix you file.
Thank you very much! would keep that in mind

Here’s your fixed pattern back. I had to delete the union piece. It indeed included pieces that have internal paths.

Until I fix this tool, I recomend creating your “joined” pieces in draft mode using the mirror, move and rotate tools.
It’s also possible… although I haven’t tried it yet to join the pieces you want without any internal paths in the pieces. Once the pieces are joined… then add the internal paths to the Union piece.
Thank you very very much! I’ll do it so as you describe
