In piece mode, how to move multiple pieces at the same time

I expect that if I box select multiple pieces then drag, all of them will move together but only one will move. If there a key combination for it?

I’m tired of moving them one at a time.

Currently you can’t move a group of pieces.

You can rubberband multiple pieces, but as soon as you click one piece to move, that piece becomes the only selected one. It’s going to require changing that part of the code to create a group of pieces and move them as one.
