Roman Telezhinskyi:

  1. Select tool.
  2. Select last in list base point.
  3. Dialog will have wrong mouse cursor.

Possible solution is make same as Inkscape: have two cursors, first for selection, second for changing geometry (move base point, move curve, move label.).
