Hi all,
I have installed Seamly2D via Flathub on Ubuntu 26.04. Installation seemed fine but I have the following issues when running either Seamly2D or SeamlyMe (these pop up every few seconds)![]()
Anyone has any idea?
Sorry for the double-post, I can’t seem to edit: The AppImage works fine.
Welcome to the Seamly forum! Glad the AppImage is working for you. Probably @csett86 will be able to shed light on what’s going on with the flatpak in a bit here.

The error itself is just noise from Qt’s Wayland code. The problem is Seamly shows every one of these noisy warnings as a popup dialog.
The issue has already been addressed, and the fix - which now just ignores the noise - should be in tonight’s / tomorrow’s release.
Hi Douglas, thanks, that sounds great! Is the flathub package automatically going to get updated, or is it a manual thing from csett86?
I believe it’s automatic… of course with some delay as it propagates from Github to Flatpak.
Flatpak is a semiautomatic update. I will merge the update tomorrow morning, then latest on Tuesday the update should show up through flathub to you
Thanks for the clarification. ![]()
It’s been reported on Github that this issue was fixed in the latest release. ![]()
