Je voudrais tracer une nouvelle ligne d’épaule ( de mon buste avec pinces pour faire un buste sans pinces). Il faut tracer la nouvelle ligne d’épaule de 12,4 cm et la baisser de 1cm vers le bas. Mais voilà avec ce nouveau point ma ligne d’épaule est plus longue. Comment trouver le nouveau point exact. Merci pour votre aide.

The thing to remember is that when you are closing one dart, you need to open a dart somewhere else. You could move the dart to the centre armhole, to the side seam or you could widen the dart at the waist (or anywhere in between depending on your design).
This is to keep the garment fitting over all the necessary areas.
If you are going to widen the dart at the waist, you need to rotate the armhole and the underarm point, the waist point and the left hand dart point as well.
I have drawn the new lines in blue so that you can see the new lines
