Hi! I was trying to make backup copies of my projects but when I tried to open them from other devices they wouldn’t work. Is there a way to do it? Thanks a lot!

Have you updated all of the devices to the latest release?
If the patterns are saved at a newer release, then they may not open in an older release.
As @Grace pointed out… any given ver of Seamly2D or SeamlyMe can open files written with older versions, they can’t open newer versions. Versio n referring to when there’s a change in the file schema such as when adding a new feature that writes something new to the file. New releases don’t always mean it’s a new version.

Then it means you need to update the app(s) on that device.
@Grace I will try to update this Message Box with a more meaningful message. I’m sure most users have no clue what an Exception is. The message is more or less programmer speak, and does not tell a user how they should proceed.
