Hello! I have been using seamly for the last couple of months and have been living it, but over the last few days I’ve been randomly getting an error message when working on my patterns that says ““error, premature end of Document” and says that my multi size measurement file is either corrupted, has an error, or is missing and cannot sync measurements (it has happened multiple times and the message is slightly different each time). Whenever this happens I can’t save or open any of my patterns that are linked to the measurement file. When I look at the file, the file size shows it is 0. Thankfully I save backup copies of all of my measurement files, so the workaround I have found is to delete the old measurement file, and save a new measurement file with the same name, so seamly can follow the path to load a measurement file into the pattern. It works for a day or two and then I get the same error and have to go through the same process all over again. It is stressful and time consuming though. I updated seamly tonight so I am hoping that may help the issue, but has anyone else encounter something like this and have a better solution than what I have come up with?

Hi @LittleCastleShop, welcome to the Seamly forum! Sorry to hear it was due to such a troublesome issue.
To help with troubleshooting, what OS are you using? Are your files saved to/synced with a cloud drive? I’m sure @Douglas will have other questions, but I think that these will help set a foundation for figuring out what is going on.
Best wishes!

I am using windows 10 and have everything saved to my C drive. I have not encountered any issues today since updating the program, so I am crossing my fingers that this was what was causing the issue.
