Printing -pattern shrinks

Hi

I made a pattern on Seamly 2D but when I got it printed, it turned out to be smaller by about 0.5cm. The odd thing is that the seam allowance is exactly the same.

The measurement from A1 to Waist should be 13.5cm but the printed version is only 13 cm. Likewise the vertical distances too are not the same. My layout print setting and export layout are as follows:

I am also uploading the pattern and measurement files.

I would really appreciate any feedback on where I may have gone wrong. Thanks in advance. blue dress 6m.sm2d (26.6 KB) Blue-dress baby 6m .smis (2.8 KB)

For one try checking the Ignore Margins box.

Also I would check the printer settings. If there are margins set in the printer and you print to “fit” it’s going to scale the file to fit within the margins. I always had to set my printer with no margins and print at 100% to not scale a tiled pattern. It’s also why I started including a 3" x 3" square pattern piece so I could print just the one page to check that the settings were correct.
