once again having trouble with seam allowance angles.
last time it was the curve direction but don’t think that’s the issue this time. how do i fix the seam allowance at the corner A3?

Change the angle on the control point at A3 to 90° (ETA: at most). The weirdness is because it’s pointing slightly outwards.

Yes… and this is what I would do… for the control point at A3:
You want the side seam at A3 to be 90 deg to (hem) Line_A3_A198… and it’s better to have the the side seam make a S… of sorts.
What I don’t get is do you want this side seam shaped like this? Like a barrel? Are the side seam curves mixed up?
