I am new to Seamly, so sorry if I am just being a bit daft!
I am creating my first pattern, I have created the Pattern Piece but the seam allowance looks to have been added on the inside? Where as I need it to be on the outside. Is there a way to change this round or do I need to recalculate all my measurements?

All seam allowances are added to the outside or included in the drafting. You can choose to ‘Show/Hide Seam Line’ or not by right-clicking on the pattern and clicking on the menu item.
Otherwise, you can set it as built-in or show the cut line or hide the seam line by selecting Properties from that menu and clicking on the Seam Allowance tab:
