Measurment preview does not work, what I can see is an icon of “piece of paper”, kinda like picture would not upload itself. Any ideas what to do?

Hi! we’re glad to have you here!
Are you referring to “Measurement diagram”, that should show a picture of where to take the measurement?
If so, do you have the latest release? The early-summer release doesn’t have the pictures, (nor translations!) but in the mid-summer release that was rectified.
I hope that answers your question! If not, I’m sure someone who has a better idea how to help will be by.
