SeamlyMe missing . as thousand divider with 4-digit numbers

I had to rewrite this, it was a typical confusion on my system where I work with both . and , as digital separator.

with 4 digits there is no . as a thousand divider

1234 > 1234

12345 > 12.345

123456 > 123.456

1234567 > 1,23457e+06

Yes. In all my experience this is standard. Generally, it’s expected that a divider will not be used when dealing with numerals denoting quantities less than ten thousand.
