I just downloaded the latest MacOs 8/10 release and it unzipped and installed ok. Did you try and download it again?
Maybe try downloading right from the Gihub page:

This error means macOS’s built-in Archive Utility crashed or ran out of permissions while trying to extract your zipped application file (Seamly2D-macos.zip).
“Error 0 - Undefined error” is a generic macOS fallback message. It usually happens for three reasons:
- Incomplete Download: The
.zipfile is missing data because the download cut off early. - Permission Block: Archive Utility doesn’t have disk access permission to write the extracted app folder into your destination directory (like your Downloads or Applications folder).
- Archive Size/Format Glitch: The built-in Mac unzipper occasionally chokes on specific ZIP archiving compression algorithms used by build servers.
