Hello. Can I use my account on more than one device? I would like to use it on my desktop and my iPad. Is this possible? Thank you

Seamly is open source - you can use Seamly on any multiple number of devices… except iPad’s or Android tablets. While the apps will work with a touch screen laptop, the apps are not really geared towards touch devices such as tablets.
Thank you for your reply Douglas. I have just bought a new iPad and was hoping to use it alongside my desktop. Would it work with an iPen? What I’d like to be able to do is to work on my patterns when I am not near my desktop (lazy I know). Best wishes.
Unfortunately, while you would be welcome to get Seamly optimised & built for iOS, & we would love to refer the other users with that desire to an iOS fork, the Seamly team is not currently able to support iOS integration. Unfortunately, MacOS & iOS are different operating systems.
It’s not that it can’t be done, we would have to make a lot of code and build changes for iOS. We’d probably have better luck building a web app with WASM, but that can present it’s own set of issues. Ideally we’d have someone with an iPad who could develop the app for iOS as I can’t see trying to build without access to one. I don’t have one.
As far as the iPen… If we built for iOS the pen would probaby work with basic mouse functions, but lack functions like tilt and pressure. Which really are not needed for a non paint program lile Seamly.
